Owner
Bryan has over 14 years of landscape experience. He oversees company operations to insure efficiency, quality, service, and management of resources.

Michelle Pasowicz
Customer Service Manager
Michelle manages the customer service department. She serves as a first level of review for customer service issues, monitors properties, and prepares reports to ensure that quality levels are being maintained. She develops and implements procedures to improve operational efficiency and oversees cross functional work relations that is targeted to resolve issues raised by customers. ( MPasowicz@bclsinc.com)
Frank Gerloff
Director of Sales and Marketing
Frank recently joined BCLS as Director of Sales and Marketing. He has over 25 years of commercial sales leadership experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Linda Spencer
Designer & Project Manager
Linda holds a degree in design, with a strong background in Urban Planning and Development, with over a decade of experience in the design industry. She utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create complex working drawings to develop outdoor environments for homes and commercial properties. She has a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. Linda spends much of her time creating plans and designs, preparing cost estimates, observing landscape construction, working along side architects and engineers, and project managing each job down to the smallest detail. Wally Spicer
Field Supervisor
Wally had his start in landscaping helping with his uncle’s landscape company over 17 years ago. Since then, he has learned all aspects of landscaping and maintenance, including having his Pesticide License and CDL license. Wally has been with BCLS for over 5 years as our Field Supervisor. He performs inspections at all site locations to oversee daily activities and direct field-based functions, and collaborates in the recruitment, selection, supervision and training of all work crews. Kristin Puryear
Administration Assistant
Kristin has over 6 years of experience in administrative work, office management, and dispatching. She provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing supplies organizes office information for quick and easy retrieval. She also serves as a liaison with other departments giving operational support in the resolution of day-to-day activities, as well as facilitating project managers’ productivity. Purchasing Agent
